- Reviewed international agreements for consistency with domestic legislation and treaty obligations of Uzbekistan, ensuring compliance and safeguarding national interests.
- Drafted legal opinions for chief policymakers on the feasibility, risks, and strategic implications of Uzbekistan's accession to international treaties.
- Represented the Ministry in bilateral negotiations and policy dialogues with 25 partner governments, 11 international organizations, and 28 foreign companies.
- Analyzed BITs and investor-State contracts, as well as PPAs for renewables, to assist senior consultants in drafting legal opinions.
- Assisted legal counsel in preparing submissions and strategy for Uzbekistan's representation in two multimillion-dollar investor–State arbitrations at ICSID, with cases arising in the food products and ICT sectors.
- Researched WTO agreements and drafted legal opinions on harmonization of Uzbek laws with WTO rules.
- Conducted legislative inventory on subsidies, customs regulation, and technical barriers to trade to assess alignment with WTO provisions.
- Eligible to sit for the New York Bar Exam; will sit if required for practice.
